Por qué apoyo RENOVEMOS LA CULTURA SORDA! Testimonios (11)

Alex Barreto (colombiano, profesor universitario, docente e investigador, así como activista e intérprete de Lengua de Señas Colombiana):

Considero que el proyecto de "Renovemos la Cultura Sorda", debería ser considerado como un "hito sordo" en si mismo; de los más importantes que se ha gestado en Iberoamérica. La cantidad de información compartida en el sitio, ahora con la meta que esté disponible en varias lenguas de señas postula a esta biblioteca abierta y en linea cómo la más completa sobre los sordos y las lenguas de señas que pueda conocerse. Es un proyecto que está en sinfonía con las necesidades latinoamericanas. Cuenten con mi apoyo en lo que necesiten. Desde el diseño curricular de licenciatura en lenguas de señas en el que me encuentro trabajando sería un placer contribuir a este proyecto con contenidos en lenguas de señas accesibles y abiertos... la forma más eficaz de combatir la injusticia social y educativa que viven los sordos.
